Neutron stars are created when giant stars die in a spectacular burst of light called Supernovas.
Kilonova though happens when two very dense neutron stars merge into each other after about 11 billion years circling and dancing around one another.
The Kilonova's power comes from colliding these super-dense stars, where magic happens and in 130 million light-years away a cosmic firework explodes.
And out of this fire comes out around 200 Earth masses of pure gold!
Milanova is the personalized version of Kilonova.
THE DESIGNER
Mila Wielusinska was born and raised in Poland. From an early age she has learned the value of a well-made fashion piece from her grandmother, who was a tailor. Her great-grandmother made costumes for a main Opera house in Warsaw before the II world war.
The combination of her artistic genes with her field of studies which is ceramics, history of art and architecture has had a huge impact on her designs.
She looks at jewelry with the eyes of a sculpturist yet also an architect and that helps her to create minimalistic and sculptural objects that can be worn in many ways.
THE JEWELRY
The Milanova studio is established in Berlin where pieces inspired by art, design and modern female heroines are born.
The seriousness is taken out of classical forms of jewelry by creating pieces that one can play with and give new purposes to.
Often very abstract yet eternal, these pieces are a reflection of the designer’s thoughts on cosmic femininity.
Women are like the universe, both mysterious, explosive, limitless and fertile. Given that we work with pearls, a symbol of fertility, hidden in the oyster shell like secret knowledge.
To celebrate women as treasures and to cherish femininity are very important factors to us. To attract women that are conscious, self-aware and naturally elegant.

Our entire line is produced locally and is made by hand which helps us to stay as environment friendly as possible.
Using partially recycled silver ( 925 ) and 100% recycled gold ( 14 K ) and vintage reclaimed gemstones and pearls. High quality products created with love and care that are sustainable, a conscious investment and everlasting.
